Payment must be made by, cash, cashier’s check,  money order or credit card through PayPal. All puppies must be paid for in full before they are shipped.

.      A new puppy purchase is a very exciting, positive experience for all family members. In order to promote a healthy transition for your new puppy, it is important that you thoroughly read the below Sales Agreement. Please ask for clarification if you have any questions. To the best of my knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of sale. The customer has a general health guarantee until 9:00 pm on ___________ during which time he can have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the veterinarian discovers anything seriously wrong with the puppy, it can be returned for a refund of the purchase price or exchanged for another puppy of equal value, provided the puppy is returned within the guarantee period and is accompanied by a letter from the examining veterinarian stating in what respect the puppy is unsound. Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the purchaser. In addition to the general health guarantee described above, seller provides a one-year guarantee against certain genetic defects. Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life threatening genetic defect, having been there from birth, the Breeder will refund or replace the puppy, at breeder’s discretion, limited to one year from purchase date. Should the puppy die from a suspected genetic defect, on autopsy must be performed to determine cause of death. Such an autopsy must be performed by an accredited institution set up for such procedures, such as Colorado State University Veterinary Sciences. Any request for refund for the pup must be accompanied either by 1) a statement from a Veterinarian stating the nature of the genetic defect, and in what way the defect is life threatening, or 2) an autopsy report describing the genetic defect that caused the death. There is no guarantee against retained testicles or umbilical hernias. No warranty or guarantee is made to the disposition, life-span, size, color, show quality, breeding quality, or breed ability of any puppy. All warranties are null and void if a puppy’s illness is caused by neglect, exposure to weather, injury, choking, poisoning, etc. Seller is in no way responsible for any veterinarian, medical, shipping, or other expenses incurred for any reason whatsoever. Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the puppy. This puppy has been vaccinated and wormed on the following dates: Para influenza, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, and distemper: ________________ _Wormed: ______________, ______________ ______________ ______________ .You should consult your veterinarian to determine when your puppy should have subsequent vaccinations and worming. Along with the puppy records, you have been provided several days’ supply of the food the puppy is currently eating. Continue to feed the puppy only the food provided to you for a few days, until he is settled into his new environment. If you plan to change his food, mix 1/2 of the food provided with 1/2 of the new food for 2-3 days, and then changes to the new food completely. If you change his/her food rapidly (without an adjustment period), the puppy is likely to get diarrhea. Keep your puppy warm and dry, and do not feed him milk, table scraps, bones, or rawhide.
